Jessica Sanchez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in her home in Ruby, South Carolina, on August 13, 2026, at the age of 53.

Jessica was born on September 23, 1972, in Houston, Texas. She was a funny, loving, and caring woman whose greatest joy in life was her family. She loved her children more than anything in this world and dedicated her life to loving, supporting, and caring for them.

Jessica was the strongest woman her family had ever known. Even through life’s hardest moments, she carried a strength that inspired everyone around her. She had a beautiful smile and a way of making people laugh. She loved to joke around, share a good laugh, and bring smiles to the faces of those around her. Her warmth, humor, and loving heart touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Jessica leaves behind her loving husband, Miguel Sanchez; her children, Angela Sanchez, Miguel Sanchez Jr., Selena Sanchez, and Arabella Velasquez; and her beloved granddaughter, Sofia Huchingson, who brought a special joy to her life. She was preceded in death by her oldest son, Daniel Galicia Jr. She is also survived by her siblings, Doll Flores, Joann Galban, and Joe Cantù.

Jessica was deeply loved by her family and will be forever remembered for her beautiful smile, loving heart, incredible strength, and ability to bring laughter into the lives of those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love her.
