Mary Mills Oliver, 84, passed away October 3, 2026. She was born in Monroe, North Carolina, on September 29, 1942, to the late James Adam Mills and Sadie Aldridge Mills. Mary was a woman of faith and loved her Lord and Savior. She also loved the simple pleasures in life. Mary was a successful business owner for many years selling and buying antiques. She will be cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her. 

There are no funeral services at this time. 

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in passing by her seven siblings. 

Mary is survived by her son, Timothy Oliver (Cathy), daughter, Vicky Farthing (Damion); grandchildren, Morgan, Katie, Jacob, Will, and Luke; special caregivers and nephew, Lynn Mills (Teresa); and numerous other special nieces and nephews. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Agape Hospice.
